TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your use of the Website of The NOW (the “Website”). The Website is designed to allow users to purchase classes and class packages, register for classes, and communicate with The NOW.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled via email no later than 2 hours before the class. You can email us at info@thenow.se to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 2 hours before). Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Missed bookings or late cancellations will be charged in full.

NOTE! We have a strict policy for starting and ending classes on time. Unfortunately, if you are late, you will not be let into class, so as to not disturb our meditators. We recommend you attend at least 15 minutes before class if possible.

Workshop bookings must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time, in which case you can transfer on to a future workshop. Workshop cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and non transferable.

PURCHASE POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, extensions or exchanges are possible. Our classes start on time and latecomers will not be admitted nor be entitled to a refund or exchange.
